On Thursday, the fifth largest and well known telecom company of the world named as the Bharti Airtel reported that it had sacked the rights for the exclusive mobile and video content for the European Football Championship – UEFA Euro 2012. This European Football Championship – UEFA Euro 2012 has kicked off since yesterday i.e. from June 8 and will continue till the 1st of July.

This will cost a price of about Rs 40 per week for 80 minutes on a 2G network and for 40 minutes on a 3G network. Next, if you are an Airtel customer who is a Football fan, you can sign up for SMS updates and you will be updated on scores, goals and match analysis for Rs 3 per match day. You can also two video messages per day with the same cost in addition to six text messages on the match updates.
