iBall Unveiled ICS Phone named Andi 5C at Rs 12,999
iBall, a well known brand of Indian mobile as well as IT peripherals has now unveiled its latest product as an Android based phone named as the Andi 5C. This phone is accorded with some amazing features such as the 5 inch IPS panel display, Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich OS, 1 Ghz cortex A9 processor, built in GPS and many more. The specifications of the phone are discussed below in a detailed way.
This Andi 5C is well designed and is built with a 5 inch IPS panel display. It runs on the Android 4.0 Ice cream Sandwich operating system and is powered with a 1 Ghz cortex A9 processor. It is provided with sensors such as the G-sensor, proximity sensor as well as the light sensor. This amazing handset is enabled with the dual SIM facility which allows its users to use two GSM SIMs cards in the handset. The device is embedded with a 5 megapixel camera which features autofocus along with an LED flash. It supports Wi-Fi, HSDPA/HSUPA and 3G video calling with up to 7.2 Mbps speeds too.
This phone seems to be a value for money device and will be undergoing a very difficult competition from the Micromax A100 that is also developed with nearly similar features being priced a bit lower about Rs 9,999 only. The Micromax A100 has a 2000 mAH battery whereas the iBall Andi 5C is boosted by a bigger 2300 mAh battery. The specifications of the iBall Andi 5C’s IPS panel are not exactly known but the display of the Andi 5C in fact will be better than the Micromax A100 as the former is priced higher than the latter about Rs 3,000.
There is yet another competitor coming from the Spice Stellar Horizon powered with a dual core processor and set with a price similar to the Andi 5c. iBall is likely to take the advantage of the opportunity as Micromax A100 and Spice Stellar Horizon are to be made available in the market in the coming weeks but are currently not available. The Andi 5c phone is powered and boosted by 2300 mAh battery and is priced with a cost of Rs 12,999.
