Not even 24 hours have passed before the previous launch, that the company has introduced another device called the Funbook Alpha tablet. This tablet is accorded with a lot of amazing features which include the 7-inch display, Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich operating system, 1 GHz Cortex-A8 processor and many more. The specifications of this particular tablet are nearly similar to the features of the previously unveiled Funbook tablet of Micromax. This device is well designed and is built with a 7-inch multi-touch screen display which resembles a display resolution of about of 800×480 pixels. It runs on the Google’s Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich operating system and is powered by an A13 chipset along with 1 GHz Cortex-A8 single-core processor. Its Android platform grants support to the Google Play.
The ICS tablet is enhanced with 512 MB of RAM along with 4 GB internal storage and microSD card slot which is expandable up to 32 GB. It is boosted with a dual Mali-400 Graphics Processor Unit which delivers classic look and clarity to visualization. It is embedded with a 0.3-megapixel front-facing camera which supports video recording and enables video chatting as well as video calling too.
For connectivity, the tablet is provided with support to Wi-Fi, USB 2.0 and 3G dongles but does not support Bluetooth. For audio, it supports files in various formats and is provided with a 3.5mm jack supporting headsets.
