iPhone 5 to Feature 8-Pin Dock Connector

Rumors continue to flow about iPhone 5. Recently various sources have claimed that iPhone 5 will come with 19-Pin dock connector. Now iLounge is claiming that iPhone 5 will come with 8-pin dock connector rather than 19-Pin dock connector. According to iLounge, they have received this information from their source which claims that Apple will use 8-pin dock connector in iPhone 5. It contradicts with the previous report from Reuters, which has claimed that the earphone jack will be available at the bottom of iPhone 5 and Apple will replace the 30-pin dock connector with 19-pin dock connector in order to make room for the earphone jack.

iLounge has also claimed that Apple is working on a new iOS 6 feature that will allow users to communicate with each other via Bluetooth 4.0. Recently iLounge has claimed that Apple is working on two new cases for iPhone 5. One is completely different from the current generation iPhone and the other one is similar to iPhone 4S bumper. iPhone 5 will be shipped in mid-September and it will be launched in the 3rd week of September. Recently iMore has claimed that Apple will hold a special event on September 12th to announce iPhone 5 and iPad Mini. They have also claimed that iPhone 5 will be launched after nine days of its announcement. It indicates that Apple will launch iPhone 5 on Friday, September 21st. In the previous year, Apple had announced iPhone 4S on October 4th and it was launched on October 14th.

Still Apple has not provided any information regarding iPhone 5. The launch date of iPhone 5 is not officially announced yet. Apple may surprise everyone by launching iPhone 5 on 21st September. iPhone 5 is expected to come with Qualcomm LTE 4G Chip, A5X Processor, 4 inch screen, retina display, aluminum back, A5X Processor, 1GB RAM, Siri, metallic casing and thinner design. If the prediction comes true, then you will be able to purchase the most awaited iPhone 5 on 21st of September.
