iPhone Dev team has announced the release of Redsn0w 0.9.11b4. This new updated version of Redsn0w comes with support for iOS 5.1.1. This version of Redsn0w includes SHSH “stitching” support for iOS 5.1.1 and it also allows unlockers to create “custom” NO_BB IPSWs. Redsn0w 0.9.11b4 can be used to jailbreak iOS 5.1.1 on iPhone, iPod touch, iPad. You should note that this is a tethered jailbreak, so you have to connect your iOS device to the computer every time you restart it. Redsn0w 0.9.11b4 is compatible with iPhone 4, iPhone 3GS, iPod touch 4G, iPod touch 3G, and iPad. It is not compatible with iPhone 4S, iPad 2, and new iPad.
