After jailbreaking your iOS device, launch Cydia and search for “NCFullStatusBar”, then select it from the search result and tap on “Download” button to download and install this tweak on your iPhone. NCFullStatusBar is compatible with iPad 2, iPad and new iPad. This tweak is available for free of cost. It is not compatible with iPhone 4S, iPhone 4, iPhone 3GS, iPod touch 3G, and iPod touch 4G. It requires iOS 5 or higher, so you have to upgrade your iPhone, iPod touch and iPad to iOS 5 to download this tweak. No new icons will be added by this tweak to the Home screen, so you cannot configure it from the Home screen of your iPhone.
