Combine Any Theme on iPhone using Split

After jailbreaking your iOS device, launch Cydia and search for “Split”, then select it from the search result and tap on “Download” button to download and install this tweak on your iPhone. Split is compatible with iPhone 4S, iPhone 4, iPhone 3GS, iPod touch 3G, iPod touch 4G, iPad 2, iPad and new iPad.
