13-inch MacBook Pro with Retina Display Spotted in Benchmarks
Good news for Mac lovers. Soon you will be able to purchase 13-inch Retina Display MacBook Pro. Previously it was expected that Apple will launch 13 inch MacBook Pro at WWDC 2012, but Apple did not launch it at WWDC. Now the good news is that the evidence of 13-inch MacBook Pro with Retina Display has been spotted in the benchmark results. According to MacRumors, 13-inch Retina Display MacBook Pro shows up in Geekbench results database. It indicates that 13-inch MacBook Pro with Retina Display will be released soon. Recently DigiTimes had claimed that Apple will launch 13-inch Retina Display MacBook Pro before October to take the advantage of back-to-school season. They had also claimed that the production of 13 inch MacBook Pro will be started in the 3rd quarter of this year.
According to MacRumors, 13-inch Retina Display MacBook Pro is designated as “MacBookPro10,2″ and it features OS X 10.8.1 operating system, 2.9 GHz Core i7-3520M processor and 8GB RAM. Recently Chinese forum Weiphone had posted a picture, which revealed that 13.3-inch MacBook Pro will feature 2.5GHz dual-core i5 processor with a 3MB L3 cache, 13.3-inch LED-backlit glossy widescreen display with 1280 by 800 pixels, 4GB of 1600 MHz DDR3 SDRAM, Intel HD Graphics, 500GB 5400-rpm hard drive, two USB 3.0 ports, Built-in faceTime HD camera, ambient light sensor, 8x slot-loading SuperDrive, Thunderbolt port supports high-speed I/O and Mini DisplayPort devices, SDXC card slot, FireWire 800 port, Stereo speakers, 802.11n Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, Backlit keyboard, Preinstalled Mac OS X, and iLife.
